When he arrived, I had to shift priorities, and while the scenario was much different for Word. It’s similar in the idea that he had to derail some things for a while. Luckily for him and the rest of the world, that passion and fire he had never died. To be a well-rounded artist can mean something totally different to one person, than it does to the next. There’s so much that goes into being an artist period; and not just an artist, but an artist who is able to transcend and build on the culture. Meet Joe Word!

I believe it was destined; pre-ordained if you will, that Joe and I connect. Throughout my life, I’ve been someone who has been wildly influence by music; hip-hop music specifically, and Joe represents everything that I’ve looked for in true artistry for years. In his flows, he’s uplifting. He’s encouraging. He’s inspiring. More importantly, he maintains a personality and lifestyle that is highly relatable to the masses. He’s what I view as a well-rounded artist. 

Word has spent nearly a lifetime, honing his craft, and building his presence as an entertainer.
